Not All Agent - Broker work the same !!After having my place listed with a different broker for 6 month and losing two escrows ..I got a phone call from Riley, And I’m glad I did . He advertised my place professionally .( Not the basic advertising with poor online photos, drone, video and staging that other agents do ). He also work around the clock and was available with great communication. Riley is Great in communication , Social Media and professional advertisement , Which is Super important in today market and high interest rate ! (He also put up with my stress / temper . Riley is truly an agent that cares about his clients and is willing to go the extra mile. Unfortunately, I had to sell my father's house shortly after he passed away. Being the executor of his estate was no easy task, and I was extremely overwhelmed. Riley did a fantastic job of handling his property and taking some of the stress off my shoulders.Going through my father's possessions was much more emotionally draining than I had expected, but Riley made the extra effort of helping me organize his belongings and arranged with a nonprofit organization to take items that my family did not want. He even rented a truck and took the bulky items away while I was gone at work. I was blown away by all the work he got done while I was gone. There is no way I could have got that house ready without his help. Being it was my childhood house, I wanted to see that it went to a loving and caring family. Riley was able to find the perfect buyers that fit that description. The whole process went extremely smooth, and I felt rest assured that I was in good hands. We had already lived in San Pedro and absolutely adored our previous first home but had started looking for something with a little more room to grow. We found Riley through Zillow and showed us a house I had found just browsing the site. I had a previous realtor that I had always thought I would use again but Riley was so calm, laid back, and really took the time to listen to what we were looking for.
